Biennial. Standard early double-curled variety with rapid regrowth. Ruffled leaves adorn 10" stems. The leaves are deeply cut and curled, resembling verdant forest moss. Curled-leaf parsley is a more subtle seasoning than the Italian flat leaf and makes for an attractive, nutritious garnish. Moss curled has a milder flavor than the flat leaf type. Eat as a natural breath freshener. Parsley is rich in vitamins A, C, several Bs, and calcium and iron. Great for healthy green smoothies and juices!
